Cookie Policy
At Horyvex we use cookies and similar technologies so the site works and, with your permission, to measure audiences and communicate initiatives through Google Ads. This policy explains which categories we use, how our consent banner works and how we apply Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file saved on your device when you visit a website. It is used to remember preferences, offer basic functions and, in some cases, measure site usage or communicate campaigns.
2. Categories we use
Necessary (always on): basic functions, language preferences, security. Analytics: help us understand aggregated site usage. Advertising: used for Google Ads and campaign measurement. Personalisation: adapt communication to your declared preferences.
3. Consent banner
On your first visit we show a banner with the options Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences. Your choice is stored locally and you can change it from the footer link. If you clear cookies or local storage, the banner is shown again.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
Before loading any advertising or analytics script, we initialise consent with all commercial categories in 'denied' state. Only when you express your decision do we update the state via gtag('consent','update', ...) and emit a cookie_consent_update event on the dataLayer.
5. Google Ads
We use the AW-18064110603 tag to measure Google Ads campaign performance. When advertising consent is denied, data is redacted or sent in aggregated form, respecting the Consent Mode v2 configuration.
6. How to disable them
You can disable cookies from your browser or from the preferences banner on the site itself. Keep in mind that rejecting cookies may affect measurement and some functions, but not basic navigation.
7. Changes
We will update this policy if categories, providers or the regulatory framework change. The update date always appears at the beginning of the document.
