Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Horyvex S.A. handles the personal data received through horyvex.com, both from people who contact us for a query and from users exploring the published initiatives. It is written under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its complementary rules and the good practices in force in 2026 in Argentina.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Horyvex S.A., with registered offices at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1050, Floor 7, Puerto Madero, C1107AAO, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us for privacy matters by writing to privacidad@horyvex.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form (name, email and message) and limited technical navigation data when you enable the corresponding cookies (for example, approximate country, device type, sections visited).
3. For what purpose
We use your data to reply to your query, provide information about published projects and, if you authorise it in the cookie banner, to measure campaigns and improve the site. We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes to third parties.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your explicit consent when submitting the form or accepting the corresponding cookies, and Horyvex's legitimate interest to operate and improve the site under Law 25,326.
5. Retention
We keep contact form data while the query is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you request its earlier deletion. Technical navigation data is kept for 14 months.
6. Third parties
When you enable advertising or analytics cookies, certain information is shared with Google (Consent Mode v2 and Google Ads) under informed conditions. We do not share personal data with other third parties for advertising purposes.
7. ARCO rights
As data subject you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided by Law 25,326. Write to privacidad@horyvex.com stating your request; we reply within the legal deadlines.
8. Supervisory authority
The Access to Public Information Agency is the applicable authority in Argentina and you may address it if you consider that your rights have not been respected.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, access control and periodic review of providers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect improvements to the site or regulatory changes. We will always publish the last update date at the beginning of the document.
